The new album has at least one song in which Sawao and Co. do their cool thing where they basically re-work an old song into a new one (or at least use a major riff from an oldie) so that the new song has echoes of feeling from the past to tug at the heartstrings of longtime fans like me and my son Chris (he was the one who noticed it first this time). At this point in my life I find it very hard to imagine a world without this band.
